1934 Buck Rogers On The Moons Of Saturn Big Little Book
Buck Rogers on The Moons of Saturn; 314pg. Big Little Book published by Whitman Publishing in fantastic excellent+ to near mint condition. Actually that's probably a conservative estimate of this early Buck Rogers story. Like all of the other Big Little Books it's sort of stubby with lots and lots of black and white text and illustrations printed on inexpensive paper. The two full color semi-hard covers illustrated by Dick Calkins plus its outstanding condition are really what makes this an attractive BLB. On the front cover are Buck and Dr. Heur shooting some kind of ray cannon. The back shows the ray's effect of disintegrating the building and drawing close its inhabitants. The predominately black and white spine hasn't a single crease. Size: 3-5/8" x 4½" x 1½". Date Sold: Nov. 2009
